What is your approach?

Our focus is definitely on wealth generation for everyone involved in the business, from frontline employees to shareholders. We look at wealth from different perspectives:

  • 1. Social wealth , seeking to strengthen interpersonal relationships, collaborative work and culture.
  • 2. Intellectual wealth , transferring knowledge and experience to each person with whom we interact through training, capacity building and coaching programs.
  • 3. Emotional wealth , helping people better manage their emotions through shadow coaching and executive coaching programs.
  • 4. Spiritual wealth , giving back hope to collaborators that there is always a better way of doing things, and that we can transform adversities into opportunities with a well-directed change process.
  • And 5. Material and economic wealth , helping to achieve sustained growth in income and profits through our 4-Phase Strategic Planning program.

What methodologies and/or tools do they use?

Our consulting model is based primarily on the philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM). But we use all the business management methodologies and tools that have been tested worldwide. And we adapt them to the culture and idiosyncrasies of Latin American companies. This is how we have our own version of the most famous tools such as the Deming Cycle, the SWOT Matrix, Balanced Scorecard, etc.

What results can I expect?

To start any project with the support of any of our services, the first thing to do is to clearly establish the objectives and desired results, based on a specific initial situation that we will have to discover through a diagnostic exercise. The commitment we make to our clients at Shinzo Strategic Consulting is to accompany them all the way to achieving the results they have set out. In short, what the client can expect is to achieve the results that have been defined in the scope, in the time and under the conditions that have been set out.

How do you measure the success of a project?

Naturally, the success of a project is determined by the fulfillment of the objectives that are set for it. However, we can also find collateral achievements during the development of the project. For example: the objective of obtaining ISO 9000 certification brings many achievements or small collateral successes such as: clearer processes, better trained personnel, elimination of bottlenecks, cost reduction, team motivation, reduced turnover, etc.

How do you handle confidentiality and information security?

We protect the confidentiality of information in different ways:

1. Internally, all Shinzo Strategic Consulting collaborators sign the Code of Ethics in acceptance and commitment.
2. We only integrate into projects personnel whose references we have validated and who have prestige in the community for their honesty and ethics in addition to their expertise.
3. Towards the client: A. All projects begin with the signing of a Confidentiality Agreement or NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement), B. At the beginning of each project we request a Single Point of Contact in the form of a Project Manager, so that there is only one communication channel between Shinzo Strategic Consulting and the Client, C. As far as possible, we promote that shared information be stored in the Cloud and/or the client's servers, but when this is not possible we create a shared folder for the client in our Cloud.

What kind of support and maintenance do you offer after a project?

In the case of our 4-Phase Strategic Planning program, it includes 6 months of support during execution. This is a minimum required as part of the program design, but the client can hire additional time. During this time, we make sure to install the appropriate management and monitoring mechanisms and we are present to observe and provide feedback on the effectiveness of these mechanisms. Additionally, in the last quarter of each year we send a reminder invitation to all clients who went through the planning program to review their plan, prior to the start of the next cycle.

For all services we have Unlimited Online Express Coaching. The client can contact us by phone, email, WhatsApp or video call for quick consultations of no more than 15 minutes. This is a free support service for all our clients, only subject to the availability of the assigned consultant. If the matter that the client wishes to consult requires more support time, 1-on-1 or group work sessions can be scheduled, which are quoted per consultant hour with a preferential rate for clients who have already used a service.

Do you have 1-on-1 counseling?

Yes. Consultations can be 1:1 or 1:N (i.e. group).

Are the sessions in person?

Sessions can be in person or online. Depending on the type of project or the stage of the project, we recommend the meeting format. For example, Shadow Coaching sessions should be in person. Initial assessment-diagnosis sessions can be online.
