Objective: The Shinzo model facilitates the professionalization of the business by applying strategic methodologies such as the Balanced Scorecard, Hoshin Kanri and the Deming Cycle.
Duration: 16 hours. 4 sessions of 4 hours each.

Leadership and Management Skills Development
Objective: At the end of the program, you will be able to inspire, direct and regulate the behavior of your team, acquiring key skills to improve individual and group performance.

Objective: Understand the core model of Total Quality Management, the basis of methodologies such as lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma and Hoshin Kanri, and learn to guide teams using the Deming Cycle.
